Chuck Tomb is a highly regarded professional in the hotel industry. His personal experience encompasses over thirty years; 15 years of hands-on hotel operations plus 15+ years of hotel development & strategic planning including extensive work in management contract and franchise hotel contract and development leadership. The past three years have been dedicated to serving hotel owners, investors, institutions and developers utilizing his expertise in providing professional hotel consultancy and advisory, acquisitions & due diligence, comprehensive development management, asset management and expert witness testimony services.
Integrity Hospitality is more than one professional, however. Because of Chuck Tomb’s roles as a leader in companies such as Hyatt Hotels, Interstate Hotels, Holiday Inns Worldwide and most recently Starwood Hotels & Resorts, he has assembled highly-skilled teams of associates with a broad range of expertise for any assignment. These associates are brought into assignments as dictated by the clients’ needs and include specific experts in marketing, branding, labor cost and productivity, human resources & training, investment banking, law, architecture & design, valuation and project management.
